Fond of Food is a private catering company based in Wiltshire, set up and run by Annabel, which provides bespoke catering services to both private and corporate clients.  

Annabel has always been passionate about the world of food, and what drives her is ensuring that each event – however big or small – is executed to the highest standard at every level of the project – meeting, and hopefully exceeding, all the requirements of the brief.  As much as is feasibly possible, she strives to work with seasonal ingredients, and supporting local suppliers in the planning of her menus.

Annabel has spent her entire career in the food industry, setting up her own catering company in Wiltshire in 2002 to serve North Wiltshire, West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.  Her clients, most of whom come by word of mouth, are varied in terms of their requirements and she happily will cater for any event – private dinners, shoot lunches and dinners, christenings, birthdays, memorials and weddings for up to 200 guests.

Prior to setting up Fond of Food, Annabel has worked in the food industry in many parts of the world – gleaning an in-depth knowledge of a range of cuisines, and developing an experience of working for a wide range of clients.  From first contact, she will work with you and your brief, discussing exactly what your needs and budget are, and helping to achieve the bespoke solution you are after.

Aside from just the catering perspective, Annabel is completely comfortable in helping put the whole thing together, which can prove to be a logistical challenge for anyone!  Whether this be in the areas of venue selection, advice on marquee providers, hire equipment, decoration, flowers, seating plans, clearance at the end of the event – the list can sometimes feel endless.  She will manage as much or as little of that organization as you wish – with the end goal of ensuring that you can enjoy the occasion to the full!
